Nu am prea zis nimic in ultima vreme pe blog din motive mai mult sau mai putine obiective gen munca, research si o multime de alte lucruri (age of conan). Dar ieri s-a intamplat ceva foarte tare, si anume Rromania a acceptat sa participe in programul Amerikan scutul anti-racheta.

Nu e nici o problema sa punem pe teritoriul Rromaniei rachete straine, ca baza NATO avem, insa bineinteles ca acest scut nu este moca, adica gratis. Trebuie cotizat putin, acolo vreo 4 miliarde de euro, care bineinteles ca tot noi, poporul platitor de taxe le va suporta, dar din moment ce am luat 20 de miliarde de euro anu trecut inca 4 ce mai conteaza.

Acum vreo 2 ore ma uitam si eu pe wikipedia, deoarece cautam ceva despre Africa de Sud, si am vazut la un moment dat o lista, de la Natiunile Unite despre diferite scoruri pe care fiecare tara le obtine, in mai multe categorii. Vazand respectiva lista am zis sa trag si eu un ochi sa vad pe unde e Rromania. Si bineinteles ca rezultatele au fost multe peste asteptari.

Deci dupa cum urmeaza, o vom lua sistematic.

Tot observ de vreo cateva zile,ca pe toate televiziunile sunt aduse acuzatii lui Mircea Geoana, ba ca a pierdut alegerile, ba ca a compromis PSD-ul, ba ca una ba ca alta. Bai fratilor hai sa o luam putin asa

Mircea Geoana, in primul rand, a fost crescut intr-o familie burgheza, apoi a fost diplomat in SUA. A fi diplomat inseamna mult mai mult decat sa semnezi un tratat sau ceva, sau sa freci menta pe la ambasada toata ziua buna ziua. E un mod de a gandi, de a te comporta, sa incerci sa obtii cat mai mult, si sa faci compromisuri. Traian Basescu pe de alta parte e carmaci, deci injura ca la usa cortului, (pasarica, tiganca imputita, gaozari, tonomate, moguli, comunisti, si altele). Daca ai putin creier in cap, atunci la capitolul asta Mircea Geoana castiga detasat in fata lui Traian Basescu, insa pentru ca populatia Romaniei e plina de retarzi care pun botu la orice, si la faptul ca Traian Basescu ca cica ar fi un presedinte puternic, care taie si spanzura (Ceausecu), asta ar trebui sa scuze comportamentul sau execrabil

Curtea Constitutionala s-a pronuntat in legatura cu fraudarea alegerilor prin metoda clasica, a declarat ca Base Wins. Which is fucking awesome x2.

Deci e sublim, mirific si mirobolant, toate la un loc, 3 in 1, made in Romania. Cat despre scandal… scandalul continua si va continua in urmatorii ani asa cum a fost continuat si pana acum.

Deja Mr Crin Antonescu, bate palma cu PDL-ul, Geoana va fi schimbat din functia de conducere a partidului, si Base rade.

We all know that credit crisis means lower salaries for everyone… right? WRONG. In this following blogpost i am going to tell why IT salaries will still go up, and why demand wont be impacted by the economic crisis.

Rule Nr 1: If you dont have a website and you sell a product, you’re nobody. So you need a website, but for it, you need hosting, design, coding, maintenance, and someone who will update it. thus IT stuff

Rule Nr 2: Most websites are old, made with Front-page and the like, those need to be updated back to 21st standards, this means work for IT persons

Rule nr 3: The internet is the BIG thing now, like it or not, you need to have a comprehensive reach to all your potential customers, this means at least a website. If you want to do big things or are a medium to large enterprise you need or you should need some social media interaction, like a twitter account, facebook account, digg account, mostly everything you need to be able to see WHAT others are talking about you behind “your back” so to speak

Rule nr 4: Advertising in the classical media ( TV / Newspapers / etc) is very very expensive, and most often than not, it does not target your population segmant/interest. Instead of wasting money on that, why not build a dedicated advertising franchise on the web at a fraction of the cost and more more targeted towards your own company product/service.

Rule nr 5: Even after you build a website, social media accounts, etc, those need to be updated/modified/changed. This means you need someone to do it, if you cant do it yourself Or it’s cheaper to just hire someone to do it. Remember you may pay someone 15-20$/hour to do something but if you make 50$ per hour, it’s just natural to hire someone instead of you wasting time, however most people are either greedy or stupid and prefer to work longer days / weekends, which is a mistake. If you run a company, it’s more important to have new ideas / business strategies / etc than thinking “Damn, another long weekend, all my friends are out with thier families and i am sitting here doing X thing

And Finally Rule nr 6: We all know outsourcing to India/Pakistan/China/etc is the new future, however please note that there are language barriers, and most importantly from what i personally know from my clients, all the work done by pakistani/indian/chinese coders is way way sub par. so think about this, instead of having to pay someone 5$/hour to do a job, and then having to pay another one 10-15$ to fix the job (mostly they will say, it needs to be redone since it’s that CRAP), then you better pay 10-15$ from the first. Time is also important, you waste time at first, and then you waste time hiring the 2nd coder, if you’re company needs something done YESTERDAY, then this will mean that your company will suffer and you lose money either way. So think about this
